I thought Libertarians didn't need to use marketing gimmicks to sell themselves, just a pure appeal to reason. The intentionally fuzzy video clips of the "bad" candidates, compared to the smooth video of Our Man, Bob Barr... Heavy-handed marketing BS, if you ask me.
keep in mind that Barr isn't a libertarian's libertarian. he has a history of poor choices, and even retains some of them.expecting to win votes by appealing to reason is soooo 18th century. people respond to sound bites, especially when one can pull multiple sound bites together to show contradictory statements or behavior. negative campaigning is a good thing.
